Friday, Sept 16th Saturday, Sept 17th noon until dark. 6:30a.m.-8:30a.m. Saturday, Sept 17th Sunday, Sept 18th 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m. 11:00a.m.-4:00p.m. Outdoor Space (12x12): Under the Tent (10x10): $40.00 $60.00

 

 

Show Requirements

Each exhibitor agrees

• to set-up during the designated times: Friday from noon until dark and Saturday from 6:30-8:30 AM
• to remain open during all show hours: Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM
• to breakdown AFTER 4 PM on Sunday. Permission is required for earlier breakdown.

 

Accommodations

Outdoor booth space is 12' x 12' for $40 Under the tent booth space is 10' x 10' for $60 Electricity is limited to a few booth spaces for an additional fee of $25.

• Only the space is provided. There are a limited amount of booth spaces available.
• This is a Juried Show, enclose 3 pictures. A letter of confirmation will be mailed after August 7th, 2011..
• Returning exhibitors will have the opportunity to reserve their previous booth location.
• The Big Rock Plowing Match Association, Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage to any exhibitors work.

 

To apply complete the form and enclose your fee with a self-addressed/stamped business size envelope. Application DEADLINE: July30, 2011. NO REFUNDS after Confirmation.
